What have we done lately?
 *Bingo for 5th
graders.
Apparently 5th graders love their bingo as much as my
mother-in-law. But it has to be the right Bingo set.
Fortunately, we are a persistent bunch and found exactly what they
were looking for. Really, you have no idea how many bingo
options there are these days!
 * Copies and a
bucket of chicken please.
When you need copies for a very important
meeting you may find that you need to call a concierge to
get them done. But if you are hungry at the same time you may
as well ask us to deliver the copies with a bucket of
chicken. Makes sense to me!
 *Clean the inside
of your car.
Privacy is always a key concern when we deal with
our customers so we are not going to tell you what was all over the
inside of this car, but we will tell you it is not there now!

Bow
Tie Pasta and Chicken Salad
Ingredients
8
oz uncooked farfalle (bow tie pasta)
1/3
cup fresh orange juice
1/4
cup fresh lemon juice
2
tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1
tablespoon stone-ground mustard
2
teaspoons sugar
1
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1
1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
2
cups shredded cooked chicken breast
1
1/2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
1
cup thin cut celery
1/3
cup finely chopped red onion
1/3
cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts
3
tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2
tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions
2. Cool completely.
3. Combine orange juice and the next 7 ingredients in a large bowl,
stirring with a whisk to combine.
4. Add pasta, chicken, grapes, celery, red onion,
walnuts, chives, and parsley; toss gently to combine.
