I tweet and I am proud of it! I
admit that I am still learning about the values of Twitter and the
surrounding Twitterverse, but I am not afraid to enter this new age of
social media. Admit it, you are just a little curious when I tell
you I have Tweeps and have participated in a Tweetup. That I have found
some very interesting Tweeple using Twellow, and that I am considering a
Twitterectomy, but I can't bring myself to do it.

What have we done lately?
*Graduation
Party Research
It's a once
in a lifetime event when your child graduates from high
school. So it is time for a once in a lifetime
celebration. We got to work and helped this busy
mother prepare for what will surely be
an A+ party.
* A map
of the Atlanta Airport.
Traveling
with a group can be a challenge. We helped smooth out the rough
spots by mapping out the terminal and the route to get through the
Atlanta Airport with ease.
*Wait for Telephone Repairman.
Waiting can be the hardest part, especially if you
have other places to be. We were there to make sure the
job got done right while the customer was at his job. We
even sorted out the pantry while we waited!

Recipes for
Busy People
Healthy Apple Breakfast Bars
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups dried apples, finely
chopped
1/4 cup chopped
pecans
3 cups Whole
Grain flakes cereal
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup raisins
1 tablespoon packed
brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup apple butter
1/2 teaspoon ground
cinnamon
1/2 cup old-fashioned
or quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup dry-roasted
sunflower nuts
Directions
1. Line bottom
and sides of 8-inch square pan with foil; spray foil with cooking
spray. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the apples over bottom of pan. Place cereal
in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag and coarsely crush
with rolling pin or meat mallet. Set aside.
2. In 4-quart Dutch oven, heat 1/2 cup of the apples, the honey,
raisins and brown sugar to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring
occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered about 1 minute,
stirring constantly, until hot and bubbly; remove from heat.
3. Stir peanut butter into cooked mixture until melted. Stir in apple
butter and cinnamon. Stir in oats and sunflower nuts until well mixed.
Stir in crushed cereal.
4. Press mixture very firmly (or bars will crumble) and evenly onto
apples in pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup apples and the pecans;
press lightly into bars. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until set. For
bars, cut into 4 rows by 3 rows. Store covered in refrigerator
