Great Recipes for Busy People |

Easy Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 can Campbells Nacho Cheese Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup salsa
1 can (4oz) diced green chilies
8 flour tortillas
Pre-heat oven to 375.
1. In a small bowl mix soup and milk, then set aside
2. In a medium bowl, mix chicken, salsa, chilies and 3 tablespoons of the soup mixture
3. Make enchilada's using 1/3 cup of chicken mixture. Spread on tortillas and roll. Place seam side down in 9x13 greased baking dish.
4. Pour remaining soup mixture over enchiladas. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
5. *Optional...garnish with sour cream, olives, green onions and salsa.

Cook time: 30 minutes
