In a picture perfect world,

I would be able to master the process of uploading pictures to get them off of my digital camera and into a file on my computer or a website where I can share them.  And, I would do all this without once wishing I could go back to the old days when I dropped my film at the drug store and anxiously awaited pick up day.  I am now on a mission to save the less technology oriented people of the world from "photobia"...the fear of uploading photos.   Here are some links to websites I have used and I hope you can too!

When Sue invited me to be spotlighted in her e-newsletter I was truly flattered.  I am the busy mother of two and a small business owner.  So here is my story.

In my "prior life" I was a CPA and IT consultant for a major international accounting firm; however, it was somehow unsatisfying at the end of each day. I was on a search to find my true calling and was able to figure it out through meditation and reiki energy healing. These disciplines allowed me to stop and take an inventory of those things that come easily to me and those things that I truly enjoy.

Mantra Wellness Center was born in November of 2005 and I've never looked back. We provide a wide variety of holistic disciplines to ease pain and stress. Our most popular services are massage therapy, reiki with Bruce Davis, reflexology and cranio-sacral therapy. Not to mention our reiki school and meditation classes. I invite you to check us out at www.mantrawellnesscenter.com or get in touch directly at 891-1324 or Adrienne@mantrawellnesscenter.com.

Keep a Calendar

Keep a calendar with you at ALL times.  It can be a dayplanner, a pocket calendar or an electronic version, but if it is handy you can check for conflicts or schedule events instantly and not have to worry about re-scheduling.
