Best Friend Errand Service, LLC has been serving the Cincinnati and
Dayton area markets since its inception in 2005. Founded on the principle
of assisting the time challenged people in today’s society, the common goal is helping others find a balance between work and life. Best Friend Errand Service started with a focus on the consumer base and their Typical clients are those that
need “an extra set of hands” such as busy professionals, new parents,
caregivers for the sick or elderly, or families with projects or events coming up.
As an innovative concept serving the needs of many, Best Friend Errand
Service was awarded the prestigious “Best of Cincinnati 2006” honor from
Cincinnati Magazine in its December 2006 issue.
While operating the business, founders Sue Glew and Sue Packard noticed
a growing trend for businesses needing either a concierge service as a
benefit to employees or a fill-in service for various situations such as
employee absences or large projects. Because of this, Best Friend Errand
Service created a new division, Best Friend Business Services, in 2007.
Today, the company continues to grow by leaps and bounds with Sue and
Sue still at the helm. As highly networked individuals, they are able to
accomplish practically any task handed to them. If a job requires additional
skills or manpower, their virtual staff is on-call to “pick it up and run with it.”
Their can-do work ethic and attitude has made Best Friend one of the most
